My cooking courses are intended to help and inspire you whether you are starting out on a new healthy eating journey and don’t know where to start, you are passionate about food or are looking for new easy and delicious meals for the whole family.
I would love to share my passion for healthy and nourishing food, exploring fresh ideas and flavours, and to empower you with cooking skills and knowledge of whole foods.
I run a variety of cooking courses in topics such as: Fermented Foods, Paleo, Gluten free, Living Foods, Skin Health, Detoxification, and more.
I will teach and demonstrate how to properly cook a variety of nutrient dense dishes to maximise nutrient bioavailability and digestion. I will also share great tips for short cuts, kitchen equipments, sourcing of foods and ingredients and cooking products.
Courses typically last 3 hours, beginning at 10:00 am and concluding at around 1:00 pm. Throughout the morning you will be sampling the dishes plus learning the health benefits that the ingredients of each dish have to offer.
Clases are held in various locations including London, Mexico City and San Francisco.
