About the Workshop

Do you often experience fatigue, abdominal pain or joint pain?  Inflammation in your body could be the culprit. Inflammation is part of a healthy body's immune response.  Acute inflammation helps us heal, but chronic inflammation can harm us.

If you are gaining weight, not sleeping well, feeling tired and stressed, suffer from depression or mood swings, arthritis or joint pain, have IBS, food intolerances, or overtrain, chances are your body is dealing with chronic inflammation.

In this workshop, you will discover which foods to avoid and include in your diet, and incremental lifestyle changes and practical tips that could keep inflammation at bay.

Participants will learn to prepare anti-inflammatory breakfast, snacks, main dishes and desserts -- all containing foods that support your immune system to fight inflammation.

1.  Foods that cause inflammation, and foods that will help fight inflammation .

2. How to build a personalized diet and meal plan based on knowing exactly which foods work, and which do not work for your body.

3. Delicious, simple, easy-to-make recipes to help you get started with the anti-inflammatory diet

 All participants will receive an ebook containing relevant information and resources related to the workshop topic plus recipes of delicious dishes to make at home.
